Novak & Company Insurance was founded in 1986. After spending three years in the insurance business with Equitable Life Assurance Society, I decided, in order to serve our clients’ best interests, becoming an independent broker would allow for access to a wider field of products from which to select, allowing us to do an intelligent and meaningful job for those who put their trust in us.
Novak & Company specializes in providing comprehensive and competitive insurance programs for individuals and groups in the areas of life, medical, annuities, dental, vision, disability income, and long term care. Additionally, we are very proud to provide our clientele with a dynamic plan for Tax Free Retirement.

We also are part of the RealCare Insurance Marketing Team, who is the official broker for the California Association of Realtors’ endorsed medical, dental and vision programs.
