New members may enroll
between the 60th and 120th day of membership.

Existing members may enroll
within 30 days of a "Qualifying Event".

If you have a "Qualifying Event" you can enroll within 30 days of that event. For more information click on our Eligibility Guidelines and General Plan Provisions or call us at 800-588-8628.
